The M57 combines a headrest that tilts and lifts with lumbar support that adjusts in height and depth. That range of adjustment gives buyers more ways to tailor the chair to their preferred desk posture.

A reclining range from 90° to 126°, seat-height adjustment, and 360° swivel support different working positions.

Pros and Cons of SIHOO M57 Chair

Who Should Buy SIHOO M57 Chair?

Good fit

Choose the M57 if you want to tune lumbar placement: its support shifts in both height and depth. The tilting, lifting headrest and reclining backrest also give you options for changing posture at a desk.

It is a reasonable candidate for a home office where support structure and capacity matter: the chair has a reinforced aluminum base, dual-frame backrest, and a stated capacity of up to 330 lbs.

The 3-year warranty and 30-day returns may also matter when weighing a chair purchase.

Who should skip it

Skip it if the 90° to 126° recline range does not match the positions you want from an office chair.

The documented fit starts with adjustability rather than a stated body-height range, so buyers with specific fit requirements should confirm dimensions before committing.

SIHOO M57 Chair Review Analysis

Fine-tuning lower-back support

The lumbar support moves vertically and in depth, letting buyers set its position against the curve of the lower back.

This adjustability is a central reason to consider the M57 if fixed lumbar placement has been a poor fit in other chairs.

Changing posture through the day

The backrest reclines from 90° to 126°, while the chair also offers height lift and 360° swivel. Together, these adjustments accommodate upright desk work and shifts in position without requiring the user to stay in one fixed orientation.

Supportive contours and capacity

A split backrest and waterfall-edge seat are intended to support the back and thighs, while the reinforced aluminum base and dual-frame backrest support a capacity of up to 330 lbs.

Shoppers should still judge fit against their own body and desk setup.
